The Strategic Planning Division of Namsung Holdings strengthens the internal operational capabilities of affiliates and supports the establishment and implementation of short, mid, and long-term strategies. - Collaboration with affiliates and overseas corporations to set short, mid and long-term strategic directions and establish action plans

Coordination and advisory on Digital Transformation and IT Planning and Execution of Affiliates
